Stages 1 and 2, straight after your shower
Stage 1 · Straight after your showerHydration Continuum GelApply to clean, slightly damp skin on the face, neck, décolletage and arms. Hydration comes first so everything that follows sits on well-moisturised skin.
Stage 2 · MorningCollagen Architect SerumFollow straight after the gel. Use on the face, neck and décolletage, and on the arms and abdomen if those areas concern you. Let it absorb for a minute.
FinishSPF, or Peptide Solstice Day Cream then SPFIf you have the Day Cream, apply it to the face and neck after your serums, then your SPF. Make-up goes on top as normal.
Evening
Stage 3, on clean, dry skin
Stage 3 · Before skincareLED Face + Neck MaskOn clean, dry skin, before any products. Pop the eye protectors in, connect the mask to the controller, switch on, choose your mode (red is the one used for the appearance of firmness and smoother-looking skin) and set the time. Start with one or two 5-minute sessions a week and build up gradually. Most people settle at three or four 10-minute sessions a week; some go on to daily use.
Stage 4 · EveningRegenesis Complex, then Evolve SerumA small amount of Regenesis Complex on any area that concerns you: face, neck, décolletage, arms, abdomen or thighs. Follow straight away with a few drops of Evolve Serum on the same areas. Together they make Stage 4.
Stage 5 · BedtimeResilience Matrix Night CreamThe last thing you do before sleep. Face, neck and décolletage. Ceramides and plant butters support your skin barrier overnight.
Extras
Renaissance Infusion Eye Patches. One pair on clean, dry skin under the eyes. Leave for 15 minutes, remove, and press the remaining essence in with your fingertips. Use before the rest of your routine, as often as you like; there are seven pairs in a box.

If you use the routine across larger areas such as the abdomen or thighs, you'll get through products more quickly than the 12 to 18 weeks above.
What to expect
First days. Skin usually feels more hydrated and comfortable quite quickly. In our six-week pre-launch trial, all 11 participants said their skin felt more hydrated, and 9 of 11 said it felt more comfortable. Some people notice a mild tingle from Evolve Serum at first; that's normal and should settle. If anything stings or stays red, stop and email us.
Weeks two to six. This is where texture and tone changes tend to show: skin that looks smoother and more even, and feels softer. Keep going; skip-days are where most routines fall apart.
Twelve weeks and beyond. Changes in the appearance of firmness and elasticity take the longest and depend on consistent use. Take a photo on day one in the same light, and compare at twelve weeks. Skincare can't tighten skin the way surgery can, and we'll never tell you it can; what it can do is support how your skin looks and feels while your body changes.
Pregnant or breastfeeding? Check with your GP, midwife or pharmacist before starting new skincare, and avoid the breast area while feeding. If you're on medication that affects your skin, or have a skin condition, speak to your doctor first.
Common questions
Can I use the products on their own, without the full system?
Yes. Each product does one job and works alone. The stages are designed to build on each other, so if you have two or more, use them in the order above.
Do I need the LED mask for the routine to work?
No. The skincare works without it. The mask is Stage 3 for people who want to add it; if you don't have one, go straight from your evening cleanse to Stage 4.
Can I use my own cleanser, SPF and make-up?
Yes. We don't make a cleanser or SPF. Cleanse as you normally would, apply the routine, and finish your morning with the SPF and make-up you already use.
Can I use retinol alongside ElastiK°?
Evolve Serum uses bakuchiol as a gentler plant alternative to retinol, so you don't need both. If you already use a prescription retinoid, keep it and skip Evolve Serum on those nights, or ask your prescriber.
How should I store the products?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, with the caps on. The bathroom cabinet is fine; a sunny windowsill isn't.
